By accessing or using the Site, registering for our masterclass or waitlist, or participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Her Realtor Society provides educational content, trainings, coaching programs, and community resources for real estate professionals, including a free masterclass and paid coaching programs.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or register for our programs.
When you submit a form on the Site, you agree to provide accurate information. By registering, you agree to receive communications related to your registration (such as masterclass access details and reminders) by email and, where you have consented, by text message. Our masterclass, content, and programs are for educational and informational purposes only. Enrollment in paid programs (such as our coaching program) may be subject to additional terms, including payment and refund terms, presented at the time of enrollment. Those additional terms will govern in the event of a conflict with these Terms as to the paid program.
The Site and our programs may use or link to third-party services (such as Zoom for live sessions). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
The Site and our content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chloe Estates, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or our programs. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site or a free program will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100); for a paid program, it will not exceed the amount you paid for that program.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
